Lady Rose Dragon

Interesting title for a blog post isn't it? Well, Lady Rose Dragon is the lineart image that I downloaded (for free!) from the gallery of PrincessElemmirial. I printed it onto PTI cardstock and then colored with my Copics. BTW, Lady Rose is a purple rose today.

To color her hair I followed this tutorial by Mary B Giezma . She gives awesome step-by-step instructions (with pictures) on how to color brunette hair. I don't have all the colors that Mary used on her image but I made do with what I had. And look how gorgeous she turned out! I would never have been able to get this result on my own. Thank you Mary for tutorials with pictures!

Im obsessed and in love with my Copics. My friends are obsessed too. In fact, I know someone (ahem...Nicole) who just purchased the entire Ciao set of 144 markers. We're all going to her house to use her markers!
