SAF: Homemade Embellishments

My last card for the SAF! There are only two challenges that I didn't complete, the Beaded Friendship Bracelet and the Tie-Die technique. Not bad since I didn't think I'd have time to do any, lol!

The challenge was to make your own homemade embellishments and create a project using them. I used Jess Witty's technique of stamping on clear cardstock. It may be hard to tell from the picture, but I stamped a BG pattern using white Staz-On ink on the edge of the clear cardstock.

I want to take this time to thank Nichole and the DT ladies for doing such a great job with the Stamp-A-Faire event! I loved all the tutorials, the interaction with the DT, as well as other stampers, and most of all for getting my creativity flowing again!! I needed a jump-start to get crafty again and now I've got lots of cards for my stash. The inspiration that the PTI team has provided is just priceless. A big thanks to the ladies for all their hard work!!!
