One of the flowers most associated with March is the narcissus (Wild daffodil). Narcissus is also known as Lent Lily because it blooms in early spring and the blooms usually dropping before Easter. Make a CAS card with a floral theme.
The image is from my new PTI stamp set Pretty Peonies. I stamped the flowers in coordinating colors and then impressed the strip of cardstock with PTI's Linen and Canvas impression plate.
I kept it CAS and flat so I could make a set of them in a different colors with different sentiments.
I packaged them with some envelopes in the clear box that my stamp set came in. I made a coordinating belly band and insert to pretty the box up.

ReplyDeleteNadine, pretty cards. I love the decorated clear box with the belly band. What a great idea with the bottom insert piece. I like my cards to fit the clear box without shifting. I'm going to steal your idea.

ReplyDeleteYour packaging is great too!
Nadine, this card set is simply divine. Love the way you packaged it up using the stamp case and building up the bottom so they fit just perfectly. Your color choices for the strip of flowers are just bright and cheery. Didn't earn that set but I'm sure I can find another floral stamp to use to CASE your idea. Thanks for sharing!
