Make It Mondays: Go-To Sentiment Card

Papertrey has a new challenge series called Make It Mondays. You can win a free stamp set of your choice but since this is Anniversary week at PTI the prize is a $250 gift certificate!!! So greed has compelled me to make another card this week and actually POST it. (Just imagine me wiping the sweat from my brow…)

Erin Lincoln shows how to make a Go-To Sentiment card by taking one type of sentiment from different sets in your stash and making a collage-y focal point. BTW, it's great to see another stamper in action. I picked up a couple of helpful tips and seeing her Cuttlebug plates just as scratched up as mine made me feel SOOO much better. I was kinda-sorta ashamed of how beat up mine were but now I will use them with pride cuz' they look just like Erin's! Thank you Erin for keeping it real. 

I just love her.

Ok back to my card. I decided to go with a birthday theme cuz' you can never have too many of those in your card stash. Cardstock is Simply Chartreuse and the patterned paper is from Basic Gray Olivia. The sentiments are from 6 different sets! In case you want to know which sets, they are noted in the supply list at the end of this post.
