Happy Holidays Card

Hi everyone! Goodness it's been awhile since my last update…no excuse…I've just been a bit busy. As Im sure you are too with the holiday season upon us. Is it December 26th yet? When can I wipe the sweat from my brow, breath a sigh of relief, and say it's all over?

I used my favorite Christmas color combo here, Aqua Mist, Pure Poppy, Dark Chocolate and Cream. I gave the card some texture with the Linen and Canvas impression plate on the card base as well as the stocking itself. Patterned paper is from My Mind's Eye Lush collection in red and brown. How cute is the stocking layered on the Mat Stack 1 die? I also added a little twine loop to the top (got this idea from the clever Laurie).

Hope your holiday season is going well. This year I wanted to make it as much of a handmade Christmas as possible and I've pretty much succeeded. Of course, I don't have much proof of this since I didn't take pictures of everything I made! ;oP
