Honolulu's Secret Garden

Edited to add: Cammie asks what kind of camera did I use for the pictures. It's a point & shoot type of camera, a Canon Powershot SD1000. I purchased it a couple of years ago so Im sure there are better models out there now.  Some of the pics came out too dark so I had to edit them using the program on my computer, iPhotos.  Thanks for asking Cammie!

Hi everyone! Today the kids and I went to Foster Botanical Garden located in Downtown Honolulu. The "garden" is located on 14 acres and is surrounded by tall trees. From the outside it doesn't look like very much but once you step inside you feel the peace and serenity. It feels like you've been transported to another world! Be sure to click on the images to enlarge.

  4. Thanks for sharing these Nadine. We used to love walking through here when we were kids. Good memories. I love the shot of the kids holding hands and the one of them looking at (or smelling) the Ulu. Too cute!
